For paid plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for our services. Details of our SLA, including credits for downtime, are available in our separate Service Level Agreement document.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
